I am satisfied with the service carried out however I asked for the tyre pressures to be checked and inflated to the required pressure, however this was not done although specifically requested

I've always had excellent service from this garage. It takes me 45 minutes to get here from Carlisle, but I know exactly what I'm going to get every time: fantastic service and a team that genuinely makes you feel well looked after. It's worth it.

Arnold Clark Dumfries no longer sell new BMWs, the showroom was full of new chinese electric cars. Arnold Clark has gone downmarket. They did not give me the service I expect of a BMW franchise. On collection the car had not been cleaned very well.

I was very shocked to arrive at the garage to find all BMW branding removed. I thought you must have closed down and a chinese company taken over the site. I was reassured by staff nothing has actually changed... service was good but what on earth!

Car 0025SHR is still off the road. BMW insisted engineer from BMW attended. Time lost off work waiting for them. said it was software fault. Not BMW trained nor from BMW same problem occurred again car now been off road twice in 3 weeks ,

I took car in for investigation for 2 items I believe where covered under warranty. 1 being starter motor battery and second and noise from driver rear which was diagnosed as exhaust actuator. They deemed both not covered under my warranty.

The car passed its MOT All staff were great The video was handy (I had a safety recall done but I didnt get a note for the car's history folder. And its still showing as requiring a recall online. But thats minor)
