Car 0025SHR is still off the road. BMW insisted engineer from BMW attended. Time lost off work waiting for them. said it was software fault. Not BMW trained nor from BMW same problem occurred again car now been off road twice in 3 weeks ,

I took car in for investigation for 2 items I believe where covered under warranty. 1 being starter motor battery and second and noise from driver rear which was diagnosed as exhaust actuator. They deemed both not covered under my warranty.
